We perform an intensive quality control process on all our products. Units (unless sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging) are fully tested and certified by our technicians. We run and record diagnostics on serial and operating systems, ensuring they function to the industry standard.
Unless the listing specifies otherwise, this product comes with a 1 Year Warranty for the original purchaser as enduser of the equipment, applicable to items sold.
In addition, we offer a Certified Warranty for your peace of mind. Our rigorous quality control process involves thorough testing and certification by our expert technicians. We conduct comprehensive diagnostics on both the serial and operating systems to ensure they meet industry standards.
Warranty Information
You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty that accompanies the product.
BoyuTechs.com makes no additional or independent warranty other than the warranty displayed on each products information page.
All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
BoyuTechs.com shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1 & 3 Year Warranties
1 & 3 Year warranties are provided by BoyuTechs.com and/or the product manufacturer.
We offer free Ground transportation on all replacement parts covered under these warranties.(Contiguous CN)
Returns & Order changes
All returns must be authorized by BoyuTechs.com within 14 days of purchase. Within thirty (14) days of purchase, we will accept for return any product. After 14 days we generally cannot accept products back into our inventory.
All non-defective returns authorized by BoyuTechs.com are subject to 5% - 10% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costsand must be returned within 14 days of returned merchandise authorization.
Order changes may have the re-stocking fee waived or reduced.
Return Damage
*Important - Servers and related accessories are susceptible to impact damage.
Please return all items in the packaging that you received from us.
All non-defective equipments that are returned to us must be packaged to adequatley and reasonably prevent shock damage during shipping.
Failure to adequately protect these sensitive devices from shock during return shipping could forfeit our acceptance of your entire return for credit.
Disposition of the damaged shipment and/or items will be at your discretion.
Exported Shipments
Any exported product returned for credit must be returned to us free of any return shipping costs, customs duties or handling charges.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments are treated as a return and charged a 5% - 10% restocking fee plus all of the shipping costs incurred.
This fee will appear on your credit card as a separate charge and your returned item(s) will be credited in full when they are returned to us.
Risk of Loss or Damage
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by BoyuTechs.com is BoyuTechs's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the Customer is the Customer's responsibility.
Loss or dmage that occurs after delivery is the customers responsibility.
Loss or damage in shipping must be reported within 48 hours of posted ETA or the carriers delivery date. BoyuTechs will not be liable for loss or damage reported more than 2 business days after delivery. BoyuTechs cannot be held responsible for loss due to incorrect shipping instructions.
Risk of Loss - Home Delivery
Due to the high volume of theft incurred from residential deliveries it is advisable that you notify FedEx and UPS that a signature is required for all deliveries to your residence. If you are not going to be home for a residential delivery from either UPS or FedEx it is your responsibility to insure the safe acceptance of your delivery. BoyuTechs cannot be responsible for theft or loss from a residence.
